02/07/09:More touring news: Jaska will join R.J. Mischo's touring band in November for few shows in Belgium, Germany & The Netherlands. Meanwhile Mika will replace Jaska in 'Henry's Swing Club'. R.J. Mischo's tour continues then in Finland with Mika on guitar and Tomi Leino on drums.
Maku will also do shows with 50's rock & roll band called 'Rockhouse Strutters'.
21/01/09:
2009 touring will start with couple of old friends: R.J. Mischo (tour in April) and Big Joe Louis (tour in May).
Maku, Mika & Jaska will also do some club dates as 'Nothingville Hillbillies'. Follow the calendar !

Jaska is back from New York where he had couple of shows with Michael Powers. Eric R. Durham and Lee Boice were also on stage as special guests. Many thanks also to Topsy !

Boogie Chillen Club will start year 2008 with Eero Raittinen performing together with Willie & the Wolves - see details from calendar page ! Also many thanks for Jo' Buddy, Wiley Cousins, Masa Orpana & Ville Leppänen for their autumn 2007 shows.

New club called Boogie Chillen Club will start in October at Jazz Bar, Jyväskylä. There will be guest artists backed by Boogie Chillen House Band that contains members at least from Willie & the Wolves and Henry's Swing Club. More info will follow at calendar page soon!

Touring news: Jaska & Mika will tour in May with R.J. Mischo from USA. Juppo Paavola will be on drums.
Jaska & Juppo will also join Big Joe Louis (UK) in April at Grand Blues Festival, Lahti.

After a month since releasing 'Move Me Baby', it has received airplay already in Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, USA and Australia. Thank you for all the people for support !

Couple of side projects for following year... :
Jaska and Make will do a couple of shows as part of J. Leino All Stars lineup in 2006. More details to follow on schedule page.
Jaska will also join forces with guitarist/vocalist Tommy Barkman as 'Henry's Swing Club'. They will perform acoustic country blues here and there.

Another tour with Big Joe Louis (UK) 22-26th February. Juppo Paavola (Groovy Eyes, Pauli Hanhiniemen Perunateatteri, etc.) will replace Make on drums on 3 first dates.

More festival news: Willie & the Wolves will open the main concert at Jamsession Blues Festival, Jämsä on Sat 14th August.
On 2nd October Willie & the Wolves will perform at Blues Live Festival just prior to headliner Nick Curran & the Nitelifes (USA). Don't miss it !

Willie & the Wolves will perform two shows at Puistoblues / Lakeside Blues Festival, Järvenpää on Thu 1st of July: 7pm (Blues street) and 10pm (Club Swengi). In these shows Heikki Hakkarainen will replace Mika on guitar, while Mika is in Switzerland.
